We were shocked to learn this past week that a group using the ballroom where we had our feast of tabernacles planned, damaged the ballroom to the point that the city had to come in and red flag BOTH the ballroom, as well as the kitchen directly below the ballroom.
With the meeting ballroom and the kitchen both shut down, with the soonest estimate for repairs being several weeks, this required a venue change. Fortunately, the manager at Embassy Suites was able to acquire the assistance of a local travel agent, providing her our rooming list names and dates. After a few days, she was able to find us a venue that would match the contract and pricing from Embassy.
The entire rooming last has been transferred over to the new venue at: INDIAN WELLS RESORT, without us needing to cancel and re-book. The rooms are not all suites as they were at Embassy, but we are getting their Deluxe rooms, versus the standard smaller room. While we will not have the free breakfast, each room does have a oversized mini-fridge, and there are 3 grocery store very close: Walmart, Albertsons, and Costco. The resort has a restaurant that is open for breakfast every morning with everything from simple continental type breakfasts, and all the usual breakfast dishes that can be eaten in their dinning room or brought to your room. The normal $25 parking fee has been waived for our group.
There are a few 1-bedroom suites available for our discount price of $187, versus the Deluxe single room with are same rate of $145 (plus taxes on both). The suites are limited to availability. If you would like one of these, please contact Robert asap, and if available, he can reserve one for you…. While the resort was able to move the reservation Names and Dates, to automatically transfer over, they did not get BED selection info. Please Email Robert ASAP with your BED SELECTION, ie: 1 King or 2- Queens, and he will get that added to the reservations. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR RESERVATION NAME when you email Robert.

The resort is PET FRIENDLY for up to 2 pets per room and each under 50lbs. There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $100 per pet.
